Skywave Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. operates under the Laws of Thailand, including the PDPA Personal Data Protection Act, effective June 1st, 2022.

We as the “Data controller” are responsible for processing your personal data, determine the purpose and means for the processing of your personal data.

Privacy Rights

You have the right to be informed at any time whether we process your personal data. If we process them, you have the right to access, view the data and receive information about this processing accordingly.

The right to be forgotten or to ask us to delete your personal data

In certain cases you can ask us to delete your personal data.

The right for rectification and completion

If your personal data is incorrect, outdated or incomplete, you can ask us for corrections accordingly.

The right to portability of personal data

You also have the right, under certain conditions, to have your personal data for the fulfillment of an agreement transferred to another controller.

The right to restriction of processing

In certain cases, you also can ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data.

The right to object 

You can object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of your special situation and in certain circumstances. In such cases, we will not further process your personal data.

The right to withdraw your consent

Pass on to third parties

We will only pass on your personal data to third parties in accordance with the legal provisions, if you have given consent for this or if this is necessary for our services.

Furthermore, we do not pass on personal data to third parties, unless we are obliged to do so on the basis of mandatory legal provisions (e.g. transfer to external bodies, such as supervisory or law enforcement authorities).

Within our company, we ensure that your personal data is only accessible to persons who need it to comply with contractual and legal obligations.

In certain cases, we are supported in the performance of our tasks by external service providers. With regard to data protection, an agreement has been concluded with all these service providers to ensure that they manage your personal data securely, respectfully and with due care.

Retention of your personal data

We keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the intended purpose. Keep in mind that numerous (legal) retention periods mean that personal data may (have to) be stored for some time. Insofar as no retention obligation exists or after the retention obligation has expired, your data will be deleted.

In addition, we can keep personal data longer if you have given us your permission for this or if we reasonably estimate that we still need this data in the context of a legal claim. In the latter case, we may use certain personal data as evidence. To this end, we retain certain personal data in accordance with the statutory limitation period, which in most cases is ten years
